Commuter Stipend: Stipend for commuting employees
Critical illness insurance provides you and your family with financial protection if you, your spouse or child are diagnosed with a covered critical illness.
You can use the payment for out-of-pocket medical costs, like deductibles, coinsurance or copays as well as day-to-day costs of living, such as your mortgage or utility bills.
Wellness Incentive Benefits
Your Cigna Supplemental Health plan comes with a Wellness Incentive benefit. This benefit is paid to each covered person who completes at least one wellness treatment, health screening test, or preventive care service.

Pet insurance provides health coverage for your cat or dog.
Pet insurance for dogs and cats is offered through Pets Best and covers accidents, illnesses, surgeries, cancer, and much more. Your pet can see any licensed veterinarian, and you can easily manage your policy and submit claims from your mobile device.
BestBenefit Accident and Illness plan
BestBenefit plans offer comprehensive pet insurance coverage that pays on your actual veterinary bill for unexpected incidents like emergencies and illnesses. With multiple levels of coverage, BestBenefit plans can be customized to meet the pet insurance needs of your four-legged family member, and your budget.
Routine Care Coverage
You have the option to add on Routine Care Coverage to any of the Accident and Illness plans to help pay for regular veterinary visits. There are two tiers of coverage you can add onto your plan for an additional premium when you first enroll. Routine Care Coverage includes regular checkups and wellness exams, dental cleanings, blood work, heartworm prevention and tests, along with additional services.

Commuting Stipend
Full-time employees in Dallas, Los Angeles, and San Francisco who commute three or more times a week will receive $125/month commuting stipend. This subsidy will be automatically provided to you via your normal paycheck. This benefit is considered taxable; see Tailwinds for additional information.
Note: The commuter stipend is a separate program from the Commuter Benefits administered by BRI. If you wish to contribute to this account for eligible parking and transportation costs, you must actively enroll in this benefit.
